Head coach John Harbaugh

"Good to see everyone, and obviously we're happy to come off two victories at home.

Compliments to the crowd, people stage, people around the community that led the emptied streets, parking lots cleared the fans to get there. You know, I think there was much speculation that fans might not be coming, would not brave the elements. It seems like they took it as a challenge, and they were there in force. He was strong, and it makes a difference in the game. So, we are pleased that we won.We are delighted to play games in December rewarding, and we're just trying to improve each week. "

How do you feel about the philosophy of "peak" in the performance?

"I think there's probably something to it, generally, no doubt. You obviously want to be playing well when it is most important, but the thing about this league, you will find is there is almost every week important because these games you win or lose early end up being so important right now.You know, if you add a win or a win to take off any record of these teams, what huge difference it makes in the rank and where they are. So I think you try to be as good as we can every week. You try to build a team that is perhaps at its best in December and January. That's what you hope to target throughout the year. Other than that, I think you just do your best each week. "

Can you give us an update on rookie CB / RS Webb lardarius and what you do in the future?

"Lardarius got an ACL, so it will be outside. It's obviously disappointing. He also played well. It's so nice a guy and you guys know what kind of guy he is. I think he had a major impact on our team and the guys really respect him and like him. So, we'll miss it. Regarding the future, we'll have to see. You know, if it's guys bumping up that are already here, of course, who will play more ... You look at some of the guys we have here, they will play more as we go, and the guys played a little bit already to varying degrees. And perhaps it will be someone who comes from outside. So we go through this time, this process, and we study all possible options. We want to bring someone who can help us this week against Pittsburgh. It is our priority. If we can get this done, we will. If we can not, we will not. But that's what we try to do....
